Abstract:
To improve the hygroscopicity of polyacrylonitrile fiber, dissolving-coating method was used to prepare the molified polyacrylonitrile fibers were prepared by silk fibroin with co-solvent coating method. It was discussed that the effect of fibroin percent, coating time on the dyeing rate and moisture regain of coating modified fiber. The structure changing before and after fiber coating modification was analyzed by FTIR spectroscopy, SEM and XRD test. The result showed: in a certain range, the dyeing rate and moisture regain increased with the fibroin percent and coating time increased; After modified, the surface of polyacrylonitrile fiber become rough and silk fibroin deposited. The macromolecular structure of polymer, however, has no changed.
