Abstract:
In order to explore the influence of Hydrophilic/hydrophobic finishing on moisture-transfer and dry-fast property of cotton fabric with double layers structure, five kinds of cotton fabrics with different structure were designed and finished by the hydrophilic/hydrophobic methods. The influence of Hydrophilic/hydrophobic finishing on moisture-transfer and dry-fast property of cotton fabric was explored. The results showed that the moisture absorption performance of honeycomb-satin structure is the optimal in moist environment, the diffusion moisture performance of mesh-honeycomb structure is good, and mesh-honeycomb structure has significant moisture dissipation property. In sweating environment, honeycomb-satin structure had the best moisture absorption and diffusion moisture performance while honeycomb-crepe had most outstanding dissipation property.
