Abstract:

In order to optimize the customization process of men's suits and improve the user experience, a digitalized men's intelligentized customization system was developed. Based on the steps for the customization of men's suits of three-dimensional measurement, three-dimensional human body transformation, reconstructed sculpture for mannequin production, intelligent pattern grneration, false stitch modification, model fitting and so on, the digitalized personalized customization process of men's suits was analyzed, customization pattern intelligent automatic generation system was designed, and the three-dimensional measurement technology was used to grnerate a rustomization human model, a man-machine integrated intelligent system composed of intelligent machines and human experts was designed and dexeloped, that is, a men's suits digitalized intelligentized customization system. The system realizes the data exchange of the men's suits intelligent digitalized integrated system under the virtral special network environment, and makes the male suits customization, updating and manufacturing automatic, flexible, intelligent and highly integrated, and effectively improve the digitalized intelligentized manufacturing level of enterprises.
