Research on the tubular textile composite material and its properties

Abstract: The paper studied the weaving process,molding technique and resin treatment of the tubular fabric composite material for repairing the textile lining of a tube under non-digging out conditions.The basic properties of the tubular fabric,flexible textile lining hose and rigid textile lining tube were tested,and it is found that the test results are up to the standard of ASTM(American standard of testing materials).For the thickness,it adopts grey theory to analyze the test results,so it establishes GM(1,2) grey forecast model,then through the thickness of rigid textile lining tube required by an engineering work,the model can determine and/or forecast the thickness of pre-formed tubular fabric.It has certain significance for future research and application.
