Abstract: Clothing as a necessity of human life is deeply affected by geographical environment. This paper analyzes corresponding relationship of the formation and transition of Qilu costume culture system and simultaneous happening of natural, human geographical environment according to the principle that human costumes in harmony with the environment reaction, and points out that adaptation is a basic requirement of folk costume culture. The formation of Qilu folk costume culture is closely linked with Qilu unique natural and geographical environment. But the historical geographical environments such as developed political and economic heart of the ancient geographical location, immigration movement in history and opening the canal are the underlying causes of rich and change of Qilu folk costume culture.
