Abstract: According to the characteristics of technological transformation of textile enterprises,this paper establishes the evaluation indexes system of technological transformation in textile enterprises and the quantitative evaluation model by using the method of principal components analysis(PCA).The model not only can be used to evaluate the technological transformation effectiveness between different enterprises,but also be used to evaluate the technological transformation effectiveness of a certain enterprise.The empirical study is further carried out with some textile enterprises in Henan province as examples.The result shows that the method can evaluate the effectiveness of technological transformation of textile enterprises scientifically,and be helpful for enterprises to improve their investment decision level of technological transformation.
