Abstract: Polyester fabric was treated by electron beam irradiation with different dose, the crystallization and surface morphology has been studied. K/S value, disperse dye uptake as well as rubbing fastness of the fabric before and after treatment were researched。Results show that, polyester irradiated with 100kGy will cause the crystallization degree rise, decrease dyeing rate, increased dyeing K/S value; radiated with 200kGy will decrease the crystallization degree, caused dyeing rate increased, dyeing K/S value decreased; radiated with 400kGy could the etching the surface of polyester, caused the dyeing K/S value increased.
