Abstract:

To develop a cool type of multifunctional summer fabric, three series of fabrics about twelve samples were woven. Which blended honeycomb jade polyester fiber, honeycomb anti ultraviolet polyester fiber with bamboo or Tencel as warp and weft yarns.?Based on?the test parameters of contact apathetic, heat transfer, absorption and quick-drying to evaluation the fabric’s cool and comfortable performance. Principal component analysis in the software SPSS was used to evaluate the comprehensive performance of fabrics. The result shows that: considering the performance of anti ultraviolet, coolness, absorption and quick-drying, fabric weaving frequency should be better in the range of 0.2-0.4. With the same structure and warp and weft density, fabric contact apathetic increases with the increasing of honeycomb jade fiber. Compared Tencel and bamboo fiber with the same content, better choose Tencel to improve the fabric coolness. The fabric with honeycomb anti ultraviolet polyester fiber / bamboo fiber / honeycomb jade fiber (30/40/30)as material has better comprehensive properties.
