Abstract:

Melt centrifugal spinning technology has the advantage of high efficiency and high orientation degree with the fibers prepared, but the technology is still in the initial stage of development, the prepared fiber diameter is thick, and related study of process and fiber thinning method is little. In this paper, melt centrifugal spinning of polypropylene ,which has a good flow ability, has been researched by the self-designed melt differential centrifugal spinning device; The superfine fibers have been successful prepared in centrifugal spinning experiments under different conditions, and the introduction of air assisted spinning has greatly refined the fiber diameter. In addition, the orthogonal experiment has designed in order to explore the influence weight of the different process parameters on fiber effect, provides theoretical and experimental foundation for the further development of melt centrifugal spinning.
