Preparation of formaldehyde free glue for lining and its application

Abstract:

Ordinary lining cloth are mainly produced with urine melamine aldehyde resin, but this kind of lining always releases formaldehyde. Therefore, a new formaldehyde free interlining resin was synthesized used acrylamide and supplemented by melamine and glyoxal, and studied the optimum preparation technology for lining. The results showed that: the lining cloth glue synthesized with acrylamide, melamine and glyoxal , due to the introduction of free radical polymerization, with a stepwise condensation reaction, could rapidly fabricate free formaldehyde lining with excellent stiffness, elastic wrinkle and whiteness. The best preparation process of lining was as follows: the baking temperature was 150 oC, baking time 2 min, ammonium persulfate mass concentration of 2 g / L, zinc nitrate mass concentration of 15 g / L.
