Short process proofing method of integration of single yarn dyeing and sizing

Abstract:

The denim yarn’s proofing mainly is completed by the dyeing and sizing combine machine in a large production line, or a bunch of yarn is dyed before sizing step by step. The former’s samples have small varieties, long process and are wasted more. The latter’s process is discontinuity, the efficiency and quality can't meet the requirements. Now, we discuss the technology of denim yarn’ proofing with the single yarn dyeing and sizing combine machine, present three short process scheme of the single yarn dyeing and sizing, and analyze them in two aspects: device’s short process, process’s continuation and high-efficiency.
