Graphics performance skills research of pillows embroidery in South of Shaanxi

Abstract:

The paper researched the graphics performance skills of pillows embroidery from composition of a picture,art performance and color analysis, a great deal of investigations has been carried out ,with the usage of folklore and anthropology theory,based on the history of hanzhong Shaanxi, and collected large amounts of data of pillow’s embroidery from Hanzhong by investigation. Hanzhong pillow’s embroidered graphic has a widerange of topics and diverse modeling with great artistic value. Meanwhile, pillow’sembroidered graphic represents local people’s simple but real lifestyle as well as the sincere traditional custom. As one of the folk custom, the expression of pillow embroidery highlights the advocate natural and praying's simple aesthetic consciousness of the local people.
