Design and realization of management system of definite spindle for yarn breakage in spinning frame

Abstract:

 For the management of yarn breakage, the MIS of definite spindle for yarn breakage in spinning frame is developed based on Ring Route yarn breakage detection device . Real-time data related to yarn breakage from every frame was transmitted to the PC through the wireless WIFI and stored in SQL database through the use of database management technology. With the use of the management software designed by VB6.0, enquiries of yarn breakage could be achieved either by searching the serial number of the machine or by winding number. The design of network structure of the system, the realization of communicating function and the development of management software are discussed. The results show that accurate data of yarn breakage can be collected by the system and the basic needs of daily broken yarn quality management of spinning enterprises can be met through the application of this system.
