To develop a small-diameter tissue engineering blood vessel, the silk fibroin (SF)/poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) tubular scaffolds were fabricated via electrospinning. In the electrospinning process, the electrospun SF/PBS composite tubular scaffolds were collected on a 3D collector instead of traditional 2D collector. The effects of 3D collector and process parameters of electrospinning on the morphologies of the tubular scaffolds were investigated. FTIR was used to study the secondary structure of SF. The mechanical properties and the porosities of the tubular fiber materials were characterized. The results showed that SF/PBS composite tubular materials with different sizes and shapes could be prepared by changing the voltage, TCD and the structure of 3D collectors. The porosity, the tensile stress, the elongation at break and the burst pressure of the composite tubular scaffold were 84.6%, 4.31 MPa, 27.85% and 358 kPa, respectively.

Luminescence properties of luminous fiber largely depends on properties of luminescent materials. Therefore, to improve the luminescence performance of luminous fiber, it is necessary to study luminescence properties of luminescent materials. According to the luminous fiber’s requirements for luminescent materials, the particle size, spectral and afterglow properties were studied and analyzed. The results showed that: The phosphor which particle size was 7-8 μm had better afterglow performance, and consistent with the requirements of the luminous fiber. That was the first choice for luminescent materials. The light color of luminous fiber prepared by SrAl2O4:Eu2 +, Dy3 + was yellow-green ,and the change of Eu2 +, Dy3 + content did not lead to blue shift or red shift. To get other light color luminous fiber, types of rare-earth ions must be changed; The H3BO3 content and sintering temperature on the luminescence properties were not independent. They have a certain relevance with each other.

In this paper, the hydrophobically-modified copolyester has been synthesized by hydroxy-fluorosilicone polymer (FGX), as the modifier, and dual-hydroxy ester of terephthalic acid oligomer (BHET) via polycondensation. Through the measurement of contact angle, it analyses the relationship between the surface properties of the modified copolymer and the synthesis process route, the viscosity the of modifier and the quantity of modifier. At the same time, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and thermal analysis have been used to analysis and discuss the structure of the modified copolyesters. The results of FTIR and 1H-NMR show that the hydrophobically-modified copolyester with chemical bond was formed by FGX and BHET copolymerization, such as by adding 12% of the FGX viscosity 2000CP under low vacuum, the water contact angle of the modified polyester (MPET-12) can be up to 97.2 °,the surface energy of the modified polyester is 23.4mJ/m2, which is close to the FGX’s (20mJ/m2). Due to the small quantities of modifier, the thermal of the hydrophobically-modified copolyester has not changed significantly comparing with Poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET).

To make bamboo cellulose efficiently utilized, structural characterizations of three hemicelluose fractions isolated by alkaline hydrogen peroxide from defatted bamboo fiber were studied. The results demonstrated that the purity of three fractional hemicelluloses is very high except that the first fractional hemicellulose contains only a little lignin. The three fractional hemicelluloses contain four structural units of xylose, glycuronate, arabinose and galactose, and could be xylan-hemicellulose because of the highest content of xylose up to about 50%. The three fractional hemicelluloses are non-crystal and have great differences in physical structures. The first fractional hemicellulose includes only a sphere, while the second and third fractional hemicelluloses contain irregular polyhedron and white nebulous object. Weight-average relative molecular weight (MW) of hemicellulose gradually decreased because of the deepening fractured-degree of hemicellulose molecular chain with the increasing of fractional grade.

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) porous films photocatalysts deposited on polyacrylonitile based carbon fiber (PAN-CF) substrates through the sol-gel dip-coating technology and sinter method using polyethylene glycol (PEG) as a template. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were utilized to investigate the morphologies and structures of the TiO2 porous film photocatalyst. The adsorption of methyl orange on the composites was studied and methyl orange (MO, 80mg/L) was used as a model contaminant to investigate the photocatalytic property of the composites under UV irradiation. The study revealed that surface morphology of composites and crystalline structure of titanium dioxide were remarkably influenced by the PEG template. The adsorption kinetic process of TiO2/CF composites to methyl orange solution fitted very well the pseudo-second-order kinetic model, as PEG molecules increased, the adsorption capacity is heightened. The porous TiO2/CF which using PEG2000 as a template displayed excellent catalytic performance.

Being main material of coating agent, the emulsion of PTFE was used to coat the surface of P84/PTFE compound filtering media by means of foam coating. The effect of coating on the structrue and properties of compound filtration medium was studied. The results indicated shat the compound filter after coating had better properties of heat shrinkage, acid resistance and alkali resistance, because of a dense porous coating of PTFE formed on the filter surface. Also filtration performance was improved obviously.

The cellulose film was prepared using cellulose LiCl/DMAc solution which formed by cotton pulp dissolved in LiCI/DMAc solvent through wetting-spinning process . The Structure of cellulose film was characterized by means of FT-IR and XRD. The effects of the kind of coagulation bath、the cellulose concentration of cellulose LiCl/DMAc solution、the LiCl/DMAc concentration and temperature of coagulation bath on mechanical properties of the films were investigated. The results showed that the uniformly and transparent cellulose film with cartain intensity could be prepared when the cellulose concentration is 6-7%、the water solution which LiCl/DMAc containing is 10~15% and the temperature is 20℃ as coagulation bath.

The velveteen woven knitted by Nylon, Spandex as matrix material, and PANI as the conductive material, using In-situ adsorption polymerization to deposit on the fabric and made a good electrical conductivity of polyaniline composite conductive fabrics. Introduction the raw materials of the conductive fabrics, equipment, preparation methods, test methods, and the related calculations in detailed. Studied the concentration of hydrochloric acid and ammonium persulfate, the reaction time, and the reaction temperature various process conditions on in the content of PANI and the resistivity of warp and weft-wise of fabric. Through graphics comprehensively analyzed the relationship between the content of PANI and the resistivity of warp and weft-wise of fabric. Combination each of the oxidative polymerization reaction condition under took place in the principle, summed up the different stages of the process conditions in the preparation of the conductive fabric that exist effects, and to explore the suitable range of process conditions about the preparation of conductive fabric. In addition, in order to improve its conductivity, to prepare superior PANI composited conductive fabric, and to promote the applications of PANI composited conductive fabric, the prospect about the direction of this research has been made.

Analyzes the stab feasibility of warp knitted fabric from the point of stab-resistant mechanism, meanwhile conductes the anti-puncture performance testing of warp knitted and woven fabrics and from the analysis of experimental results obtains the relationship between the structure parameters of warp knitted fabric such as the length of extension wire, fabric density, piercing piercing angle and tool face and stab performance, on this base, the anti-resistant performance of the warp knitted fabric and woven fabric have been compared, the results show that whether both on puncture force or on the utilization of the yarn and fabric strength compared to woven fabric warp knitted fabric has a distinct advantage, to provide a reference and lay the theoretical foundation for the development of the warp stab-resietant fabric.

According to the stimulus-response relationship regulate the input voltage of the KIII model, based on the biological olfactory neural network model technology. And then project the collected fabric image in the direction of x and y, calculated the size of the fabric point, and then rearrangement fabric point. Images are trained by the neural network after processing above-mentioned. The experiment results show that the improved network is effective, and the method can accurately extract the fabric points and it is better than the traditional methods. A new method to extract the fabric points is presented for the twill stitch, the improved network also is effective.

The current pattern preparation system of computerized flat knitting machine usually doesn’t have the three-dimensional (3D) knitted fabric simulation function. In this paper, the 3D simulating method of knitted fabric is studied by introducing the virtual reality (VR), and a 3D simulation system of weft knitted fabric is developed. The developing method, characteristics and main functions of the system are presented. The key technologies including 3D loop model and its visualization, 3D parametric simulation of the weft knitted structure and interactive design on network are described in detail. A new method is provided to complete 3D simulation functions of knitted fabric and moving process simulation of the implementation parts in flat knitting machine. The approach, which is proposed to simulate the knitted fabric 3D appearance interactively on network, can be used as a foundation for further study of the virtual design of textile on the web.

Capsulated super-fine disperse dye blue 60 was prepared by phase separation method with Poly(St-MA) as wall material. The effects of preparation conditions on particle size and size distribution were investigated. The results illustrated that amount of Poly(St-MA), amount of disperse dye, dropping speed of phase separation agent and dispersing time had great influence on the size of prepared disperse dye. The optimal prepared condition was that the ratio of Poly(St-MA) and disperse dye was 1:5, dropping speed of phase separation agent was 7mL/min, dispersing time of 1.5h. FTIR and wettability of disperse dye before and after encapsulation showed that the Poly(St-MA) was encapsulated on the surface of disperse dye. DLS showed the prepared disperse dye was with small particle size, narrow size distribution.

For the study of test method of alkylphenol polyethoxylates in solution, the Nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPEO) and Octylphenol ethoxylates (OPEO) were used for the investigation of their UV spectroscopy. The spectroscopy show that the spectroscopic curve of two chemicals has no significant differences, and has characteristics absorption at 275nm and 224nm, which could be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of APnEO in the solution. For the absorbance at 224 nm, it has higher sensitivity but narrow linear range of APnEo concentration, while for the absorbance at 275nm; it has relatively low sensitivity but wide linear range of APnEo concentration. The molecular weight of APnEO will affect the linear range of the concentration.

With a Pt catalyst, α,ω-hydrogenpolysiloxane reacted with allyl glycidyl ether to form an intermediate, α,ω-diepoxysiloxane and polycondensation of this intermediate and aminopolyalkyleneoxide yielded the silicone amino-polyalkykeneoxide block copolymer(BPEAS). Then, chemical structures of BPEAS were characterized using IR and 1H-NMR; the performance was determined and investigated using Kawabate Evaluation System (KES), and other instruments. The subsequent results showed that BPEAS could provide a bulky softness, good wettability, and anti-wrinkle property for the treated fabric without the emulsifier.

A novel siloxane fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion (FLHDV) was prepared by copolymerization of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (RfAA), lauryl methacrylate (LMA), 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA), dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DM) and vinyltrioxethylsiloxane (VTES) with the (NH4)2S2O8 as a water soluble initiator and cationic/nonionic surfactants as mixed emulsifier. Chemical structure of FLHDV was characterized by infrared spectrum (IR) and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR). The particle sizes and the latex distribution of the emulsion were investigated by TEM, ζ voltage analysis and other instruments. The performance of polyester fabric treated by FLHDV emulsion was also studied in the research. The experiment results show that the FLHDV emulsion carried positive charges with a mean ζ voltage of +47.64 mV and with an average particle size of 116.2nm. The smooth film of FLHDV can be formed on polyester fabric surfaces and conferred the treated polyester fabric with an excellent water- and oil-repellency. As a result, the water--repellency and oil-repellency of the treated polyester fabric respectively reached 100 and 5 degree, and the water static contact angle on the treated fabric surface also reached 142.5º.

Based on analysis to the relationship between the fixation rate and the factors such as alkali, batching temperature, neutral salt and dispersant, this paper discussed the optimization conditions of cold pad-batch dyeing process of silk fabric with vinylsulfone reactive dye and hetero-bifunctional-group reactive dye. The results show that the satisfying effect of silk cold pad-batch dyeing can be obtained using the alkaline agent composed of soda ash and caustic soda with 20g/L Na2CO3, 1-5g/L NaOH, 0-20 g/L NaCl and 0-1g/L dispersant batching up to 8-12h at 25-30℃, and applying the appropriate processing conditions according to the types of dyes.

Pseudo-Glow Discharge was used to modify the surface of cotton fabric to improve the hydrophobicicty by using hexafluoropropylene (C3F6) as the monomer and helium (He) as the carrier gas at atmospheric pressure. Effects of discharge time, power, concentration and other conditions to the water repellency were investigated. It shows that the wetting time was mainly determined by the coverage of settled layer. The water contact angle of the treated sample can reach up to 130° and the wetting time is more than 120min after the cotton fabric is treated. The durability of the water repellency of the treated samples was tested. The chemical structure of the cotton fabric surface was characterized by XPS, ATR–IR and the result shows that F-contained groups has been introduced on the cotton surface and the settled layer has a Polyhexafluoropropylene like structrue.

For the study of the effect of ultrasonic treatment on the stain removal of the cotton fabric, the treatment factors, such as frequency and power of ultrasound, treatment temperature, detergent concentration and treatment time, were investigated in their effects on the stain removal. The results showed that the frequency of ultrasound is advantage for the stain removal when it is in low limited range, and the power will be no further improvement when it is higher than certain extent. The higher treatment temperature and addition of detergent will benefit the stain removal. Treatment time has significant effect on the stain removal. The treatment of ultrasound has no significant effect on the mechanical damage.

In this paper, the theoretic equations of the maturity ratio and other indexes of cotton fiber measured by airflow instrument were analyzed and it is found that the measurement of the maturity and linear density of cotton fiber by two-compressed airflow instrument is unreasonable. Furthermore, we theoretically modified the theoretic equation of airflow instrument. The results indicate that there are at least three independent variables in the theoretic equation of airflow instrument, including linear density, maturity ratio and mean outer equivalent diameter in the middle part of cotton fiber. In addition, the variety of cotton fiber can also affect the testing results of airflow instrument.

On the consideration of the shortage of common optimization design method for designing planetary gear accelerator in a loom of weft insertion with magnetic force, a reliability optimization design method taking gears’ stress and strength as random variables was proposed. Based on comprehensive consideration of loading capacity, compact structure, light-weight and transmission efficiency of planetary gear accelerator, its multi-objective reliability optimization design model was set up. In the model, the smallest volume and highest efficiency of the mechanism were taken as the objective functions while reliability conditions of planetary transmission and gears’ fatigue strength, the kinematic and geometric conditions of the planetary transmission were taken as constraints, then the goal programming and sequential quadratic programming algorithm in optimization toolbox of Matlab were used to solve the model. Compared with the common optimization design schemes, the volume of the planetary gear accelerator reduces by 19.42 percent while its efficiency is improved, which shows that the design method is practical, reliable and effective.

With the development of Mass Customization (MC) mode, the degree of customization of products and delivery time is affecting the cost obviously, and the three facts made a tight coupling of the "mysterious triangle". Therefore, the researching on the cost of customized products is more popular than before. The research of this paper is the cost of products customized which based on the level of parts, through getting parts classification for RTO product base on cost estimating features, studying on fees of different types of parts which generate in different process of produce, especially for time, to build a product cost model through estimating the different kinds of cost of parts for the valuation of customized products in a timely manner, and also assist to decision for enterprise.

To evaluate the acceptance capability of the textile industry shift from the east coastal areas to the six provinces in central China. Based on the five key dimensions and entropy method,the author set up an appraisal model form a three-stratum-indicator system, calculated weight of each index. The acceptance capability of the textile industry shift from the east coastal areas to the six provinces in central China is synthetically evaluated. The top three are Henan Province,Hubei Province and Hunan Province lastly. According to the result of the evaluation,this paper mainly analyzed and investigated the strengths and weaknesses of the six provinces to accept the shift of textile industry.

PFOS and PFOA are the persistent organic pollutants, which having highly bioaccumulation and variety of toxicity. Because of good thermal stability, high surface activity and water and oil repellents, they have been employed into the living and industrial manufactures such as chemicals, textile fabrics, paint, leather and paper. And therefore a globe environment pollution has been gradually caused. The researchers have paid more attention on developing the analytical techniques of PFOS and PFOA to follow the bans promulgated by European Union and other international organizations. In this paper, the methods for sample pre-treatment and detection of PFOS and PFOA were reviewed. The problems and the trend in studying for the analysis of PFOS and PFOA were also discussed.
