      Based on the one dimensional model for melt-blowing founded by Uyttendaele and Shambaugh,a new method for determining the initial value of rheological force was presented.With this new method,the melt-blowing mathematical model satisfactorily predicted the final fiber diameter.And compared with other methods,the fiber diameter prediction accuracy was increased above 30% for some melt blowing processes.

      After disproposed by pre-immersed water dispersive PU membranes,PU membranes grafted with the silk fibroin (SF) protein or the silk fibroin peptide(SP) protein were successfully prepared by the technique of plasma.The surface properties of the various membranes were analyzed by SEM,ATR-FTIR spectra and X-ray energy spectra.The results showed that after grafted with SF or SP protein,the hydrophilicity of PU membrane was improved,and the mechanical properties and water vapor permeabilities of the modified membranes were basically the same as that of PU membrane.

      The method of fractal geometry was used to calculate the fractal dimension of the cotton sliver thickness signal.The mumerical result indicated that the box dimension of signal data of the cotton sliver thickness is positively proportional to frequency of the irregularities of the sliver,and that the mean value of fractal dimension of widths of a certain window is propprtional to the irregularities of the cotton sliver,and that the sequence of fractal dimension of the time-series data of the cotton sliver thickness highly synchronizes with the sequence of the irregularities of the cotton sliver.Therefore the fractal dimension can be used to evaluate the evenness of the sliver.

      In order to reduce the prickle sensation evoked by wool fabrics,the effect of thin/thick wool fibers on the prickle sensation was evaluated objectively.Based on the self-developed apparatus,the compressing and bending behavior of single fibers and the relative parameters,which directly affect the prickle sensation,can be obtained.Based on the experimental results,the objective evaluation of prickle mechanism evoked by wool fabrics can be figured out.Moreover,the evaluation and research are in favor of wool selection and finishing of wool fabrics.

      The bending behavior of woven fabrics under low curvature conditions was analyzed.The fabric was assumed to behave viscoelastically and to be subjected to frictional restraints in bending deformation.The frictional restraint was considered to be proportional to the curvature.A model had been constructed by a standard linear solid element and a paralleled frictional sliding element.The equations of the model for a cyclic curvature variation were derived.A set of parameters of the equations for each fabric had been obtained experimentally.Predictions of the bending rigidity and hysteresis for the fabrics were calculated and the theoretical calculations agree well with the experimental observations.

      The method of improving the moisture absorption of polypropylene fibers was studied.Especially,the surface modification technique of air low-temperature plasma on polypropylene fibers was discussed.The results show the micro-surface of polypropylene fiber appears as obvious concave and crackle,and the moisture absorption is increased after plasma treatment.

      An evaluation has been done firstly to the structure of the soybean protein fiber (PVA-SPF).The chain reticular polymeric structure had not seen yet in all the textile fibers. For the PVA-SPF,this kind of structure is hard to be controlled. The relationship between the structure and performance of the PVA-SPF was discussed,and it was believed that some fine natural character is added to the PVA-SPF on the basic of synthetic fiber,for example the luster,hygroscopictiy and dyeability.And there were also the remarkable drawback such as flexibility and thermal stability and so on,results show something should be done to the process of PVA-SPF.

      The layer structure and the microstructure of PP hollow fiber membrance were observed by SEM and TEM,and the main structure feature of microstructure of PP hollow fiber membrane used in MO was obtained.The features of PP hollow fiber membrane are that the hollow fiber membrane is nonsymmetrical and the section of the hollow membrance include two layers (cortical layer and bolster layer).The cortical layer has many holes and the bolster layer is sponge structure.The surface layer with opening surface is composed of many irregular microporous.The microporous' arrangement is directional. And they array along with the axis of the fiber.The whole distributing of the porous is even and has high percentage.This structure feature assures that function of MO could be attained successfully.And it can avoid the penetration of the plasma.

      Four weft elastic fabrics made of a new kind of polyester (fiber——PTT) were woven.Two fabrics made of the core-spun yarn with lycra were chosen to compare with PTT fabrics. Their stress-strain curves and repeated stretch property were measured. The following things are found out:compared with the fabrics made of lycra core-spun yarn, the modulus of PTT fabrics at high strain is lower,the elongation recovery ratio of PTT fabrics is higher than the former, PTT fabrics perform a better effect of tight fitting and bonny on body than the former.

      DPS software was adopted to analyse the wearability of the regenerated fiber weaves.The connection between fabric construction parameter and wearability was expressed. Correspondence analysis perceptual picture was used to convey their connection directly. The results provide the academic base to develop new regenerated fiber weaves.

      The thought of schemes combination (SC) of cotton assorting was discussed.A set of mathematic model for schemes combination was established.The model considered requests of spreading bales on plucker while confirms proportion of each selected raw material.As the model included some indeterminate factors,enumerative algorithm in detail to solve the model namely to make sure of proportion of each selected raw material was studied.The result indicates:the schemes are more complete,one of that is a global optimization after estimating,but the enumeration quantity is numerous.

      To understand the effects of nozzles' pressure on the performances of disc swirl spun yarn,twenty kinds of yarn were made with varied pressure of two nozzles respectively,while keeping other process parameters constant. Yarn performances such as coverage,breaking force,breaking elongation and breaking force ratio were tested,and the results of the test were analyzed. Results show that the collocation of two nozzles' pressure has a great effect on the yarn performance.When the pressure of the first nozzle is at 0 30~0 35 MPa and the pressure of the second nozzle is at 0 60~0 62 MPa,the yarn shows a good performance.

      The aim of the study was to improve a measuring apparatus,which could be used to examine the concentration of negative ions for textiles,so that it is logical to use the apparatus.By analyzing the characteristic of negative ions generated by textiles and the operation principle of the apparatus,and combining with performing an experiment on electrostatic distribution,the problem of electrostatic interference generated in textile negative-ion measurement was presented.With the proper metallic shield,electrostatic interference was eliminated,and the effect of shielding was demonstrated by experiments.It is logical to use the improved apparatus to measure the property of negative ions for textiles.

      The thermodynamic method was applied to ergonomics system of human body-clothing-environment. The coupled heat and moisture transfer in clothing was described by the relation between thermodynamics strength and thermodynamics flow in non-equilibrium thermodynamics system. Sweating manikin equipment was used to obtain nonlinear relation of coupled effect. The data of measurement explain that the coupled effect in clothing should not be neglected.

      The forming experiments of the multi-layered biaxial weft knitted(MBWK) fabrics on double hemisphere were carried out. Based on the results of the experiments,the characteristics and rules of the forming of MBWK fabrics on double hemisphere were described. The changes of angle θ at the direction of ±45° fabrics on the double hemispheres between the inserting yarns were related to the magnitude of diameter of the hemisphere,but had no correlations with the distance between the double hemispheres. The angle between the inserting yarns had a linear relationship with the perpendicular distance from the measured points to the longitudinal axis of the hemisphere on +45° direction,and had a nonlinear relationship on -45° direction. The biggest shear angle was about 40° on (+45°) direction.

      After analyzing Japan TOYOTA electronic shedding mechanism’s composing and working principle in detail,finds the eccentric four bar linkage shedding method of this mechanism is not the ideal one. Its nonlinear of motion transfer makes the servo-motor’s acceleration change rapidly at both the beginning and the end of the heald shaft’s shedding motion,which go against servo-motor's control. Special compensation method was needed to obtain the ideal shedding rule. Two innovated mechanisms which transfer motion by linear or nearly linear was designed. Through numerical analysis and mechanism kinematic emulation results,it proves that the innovated ones have better performance in control and motion transfer.

      Because of the deviant fracture on lateral supports of JAT610 loom,the stress of the bar was studied by FEM software ANSYS,combining the stress result of actual measure in facture,the fatigue life of the bar was calculated. The reason that the fatigue life of the bar was too short was found,and the shape was improved to extend the fatigue life. The analysis shows that the stress convergence in high-speed machine would cause the machine fatigue and influence the life of the machine, the decrease of the maximal stress and range of stress in machine can extend the fatigue life of machine availability.

      According to the movement analysis and mathematical models of glove knitting mechanism, a analytical software was programmed by Visual Basic 6 0.This software has good human-computer interactions in collaboration. By the intuitive and logical thought of human and the target of optimization, many groups of parameters which could satisfy the quest of transplanting were found with the software. Orthogonal experiment had been made with four better levels of every parameter.A best group of parameters had been easily found by SAS, which proved that it is better than those of original by dynamic simulation and analysis.

      A polyether prepolymer was obtained by TDI and PEG, and a polymeric dye monomer was synthesized by linking the Disperse Red R and HEA to polyurethane prepolymer,then a polymeric dye was obtained by monopolymerization.PET fabric was dyed with the polymeric dye and its dyeing behaviour was tested,it was shown that the rubbing fastness and soap-washing fastness are better than those of low-molecular weight dye.

      In the course of spinning,SCN(seed coat neps) whose proportion in nep is not large has a great effect on spinning quality.SCN quantity and size in the carding process were tested by using AFIS tester under following conditions, carding machine used different doffer,taker-in, speed and different types of taker-in, carding machine back sheet used stationary flat, web cleaner and carding segment. The experiment results show that carding machine can effectively get rid of SCN by 60 5%~81 4% in the carding process.The speed, type and production of taker-in have a little effect on SCN removal,while back stationary flat,carding segment and all kinds of suction units have little.

      The pre-oxidized nonwoven was carbonized and activated in the steam with one step method.The experiment was carried out with experimental apparatus made in the laboratory.There are four factors that influence the iodine adsorption capacity and yield of the produced activated carbon fiber(ACF) needle felt,they are activation temperature,activation time,steam flow rate,and the raising rate of temperature.The optimum technology of the one step steam carbonization-activation experiment was obtained with orthogonal experiment.The influences of the four factors on the results were revealed with single factor experiment.

      A new catalyst sodium nitrate(SN) used for cotton fabric durable press finishing with BTCA was developed,which is non-phosphorus and environment-friendly.With SN concentration of 4% in 6% BTCA finishing system for cotton fabric,desirable DP effect of cotton fabric could be obtained with 180 ℃/120 s curing condition.By means of chemical analysis and IR spectrum,the catalyzing mechanism of SN was suggested that as a nucleophilic reagent,SN reacts with carboxyl groups in BTCA,which is favorable for froming anhydride of BTCA from dehydration and consequent esterifying with cellulose.

      Wollen-dyeing waster water was treated in a new type of open and revolling photocatalytic reactor.From some important factor which may affect the photocatalytic degradation of the organic dyes such as the initial concentration of the dyes,pH value,the volume of the feed solution,and the rotating rate of the reactor,solar radiation time which influence removal efficiency was studied.The results show that optimal pH value and optimal reaction time for degradation of the dyes are pH value 6 and 20 min respectively.The degradation efficiency is affected by thickness of water in the reactor rate.Over 98% degradation by suspended TiO 2 are observed under optimal conditions.
