In order to analyze the structure and temperature-regulating performance of Outlast viscose fiber, the structure of Outlast viscose fiber was observed respectively by FTIR spectra, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope, and the temperature-regulating performance of Outlast viscose fiber was investigated by differential scanning calorimeter, thermal gravimeter analysis and cooling test. The results show that the structure of Outlast viscose fiber is similar to that of normal viscose fiber. Both the melting peak and crystallization peak of Outlast rayon fiber are double peak, and the phase change temperature range is applicable and the phase change enthalpy is high. The decomposition temperature of Outlast viscose fiber is about 280~320℃. The cooling velocity of Outlast viscose fiber decreases exponentially as the time increases, and the temperature-regulating ability of Outlast viscose fiber is obviously better than that of normal viscose fiber.

To improve the rabbit fiber’s surface friction coefficient and tensile strength, the fiber’s surface is grafted using milk protein and cross-linking agent SFEGE with the pretreatment of H2SO4 and H2O2 respectively. In this paper, analysis of some index such as surface topography, friction coefficient and strength of grafted rabbit fibers is performed. Research results show that, with the pretreatment of H2SO4, under the condition of 10% protein and 1% ~ 1.5% cross-linking agent concentration, milk protein grafting on the fiber surface reaches the best, the friction coefficient and strength growth can respectively achieve 40.97% and 4.96%. The grafting effect with the pretreatment of H2O2 is relatively poor. Although the friction coefficient growth can reach 32.33% under the condition of 10% protein and 1.5% cross-linking agent concentration, fiber tensile strength declined sharply.

The export demand of viscose fiber must be up to the standards of the flame retardants, taking the safe and nontoxic, and easy to problems of industrial production. The viscose fiber adds separately TBEP, sodium silicate, melamine by the method of spinning mixing. The flame retardant viscose fiber Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ are obtained. The test and study on the flame retardant properties are evaluated by Limit Oxygen Index (LOI), infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermal gravimetric (TG), differential thermal analysis (DTA), and combined with differential thermal analysis and infrared spectroscopy (DTA-FTIR). The limit oxygen index of flame retardant viscose fiber Ⅲ could reach 32.8. FTIR shows that the flame retardants were effectively connected the to the viscose fiber. TG-DTA shows that the charring is enhanced, while the stage of the dehydration is advanced, and the stages of the oxidation and decomposition become gentle. DTA-FTIR suggests that the combustion product is water, CO, CO2. The flame retardants are safe and innocuous.

To prepare tissue engineering scaffolds, the the biocompatible PLGA and PLA are used as materials. The PLGA/PLA blended nanofibrous membrane is fabricated via electrospinning. The structure and properties of the PLGA/PLA blended nanofibers are characterized by means of SEM, rheometer, TG-DSC and tensile tester. The results show that the PLGA/PLA blended micro-nanofibers can be prepared successfully by electrospinning. The viscosity of the spinning solution increases with the increase of the blended ratio of PLA, which induces the increment of the diameters and leads the diameters distribute uniformity, and also results that the pose diameters increase and porosities decrease. The thermal analysis indicates that the crystallinity and stability of the PLGA/PLA blended nanofibers increase with the increase of the blended ratio of PLA. The breaking strength increases and the elongation decreases with the increase of the blended ratio of PLA. In order to meet the requests of different tissue engineering scaffolds, the blended ratio can be adjusted to control the structure and properties of the scaffolds.

It is essential to research the forming of yarn tension and its effects during tufting process for controlling its vibration due to the control of jacquard roller and improving the carpet quality. In this paper, assuming that the yarn strand is a linear elastic with a circular cross section. Taking the dynamic tension as an output and the braking moment applied on the Jacquard roller as an input. At a moment of clutch operating and releasing, the dynamic tension fluctuations of yarn strand during transmitted between the jacquard roller and drag roller are theoretical analyzed. A mathematical model describing the yarn strand tension fluctuation is derived from theorem of moment of momentum and material balance. The dynamic tension is obtained by applying Laplace's transformation and providing that the input braking moment is a step response. The amplitude, frequency and damping coefficient of yarn tension fluctuation are obtained. The result shows that the braking moment has an important influence on the yarn strand tension fluctuations, suggesting a necessity of careful designing and controlling of Jacquard roller and friction plate of clutch. At the same time, the effect of the length of yarn strand from jacquard rollers to drag rollers on natural frequency and damping coefficient of fluctuation of yarn strand tension are analyzed.

The physical chemical properties of monascorubin were investigated in order to discuss the application feasibility of monascorubrin in dyeing and printing industry. The solubility, acid and alkali resistance, hot stability and light stability of monascorubin were researched. The effect of mordants on monascorubin was also investigated. The results showed that monascorubin could be dissolved in water. It was relatively stable under 100 ℃. In the range of pH 3~11, it was stable for pH values. Monascorubin maintained stable in the ultraviolet radiation, but sensitive to the visible light. Ferrous sulphate had little effect on monascorubin, while potassium dichromate and copper sulphate had disadvantageous effect on the pigment. Praseodymium chloride had the protection of color, which would improve the color fastness of monascorubin.

In order to probe into the dyeing and anti-altraviolet property of tea polyphenol on textile fabric, the high-purity tea polyphenol was applied to silk by using ferrous sulfate, copper sulfate and potassium aluminum sulfate as mordant respectively, and with post-mordanting method. The study result shows that the color hue of silk varied with mordants., ant the dyeing of silk with tea polyphenol had good buid up property. During washing fastness test, relatively great color change was occurred, particularly with ferrous salt, but the staining on adjacent fiber was slight whilst the apparent color depth at their maximum absorbent wavelength for all samples was increased. By measurement of ultraviolet transmittance curve of dyed silk, it was observed that dyed silk with tea polyphenol would provide with desirable anti-ultraviolet property. Under the same mass concentration of tea polyphenol and the same amounts of metal ion, the silk with ferrous salt mordant produced the best anti-ultraviolet property at A ultraviolet band, followed by copper and alum salt. While all the three kinds of mordants had the similar anti-ultraviolet property at B and C ultraviolet band.

Abstract:To improve the current situation that the traditional wool shrink-proofing process can not meet the ecological requirements, this paper focused on the shrink-resistant finishing of Gabardine and Valitin by the eco-friendly combination of H2O2/cutinase/protease. The results showed that the use of cutinase obviously enhanced the shrink-proofing effect. And the shrinkage rates of Gabardine and Valitin after finishing reached 0.25% and 6.5%, respectively, which had met the IWS standard of machine-washable. Moreover, results from the dye absorbing rate and alkaline solubility showed that relative to the sample treated without cutinase, the one treated with cutinase had higher dye absorbing rate and lower alkaline solubility, which suggested that cutinase could break the scales of wool surface to a higher extent. Thus, looser structure in the scales made the further treatment of protease take place more possibly in the scales, reducing the hydrolysis to woolen cortex by protease.

In order to find out the influencing factors of knit trim collar stretchability, six different properties of knitted fabrics were Selected. Influences of performance of different fabrics and different sewing conditions on stretchability of trim collar were studied through experiments. The results show that fabric properties had greater impact on trim collar’s stretchability. Influences of the horizontal density, the density and elongation on trim collar stretch were positive correlation. The higher horizontal density, vertical density and elongation at break, the better the Stretchability trim collar. trim collar stretch was negatively correlated with the fineness. The smaller fineness , the better the stretchability of trim collar. When the fabric and stitch density were the same, stretchability of single-needle trim collar was better than the needle. When fabrics and number of needle were the same, the more stitch density, the better the stretch.

In this study, an algorithm based on Voronoi diagram is selected for simulating the wax crack patterns. Firstly, the positions of the Voronoi sites are determined randomly in digital wax printing pattern; then the standard Voronoi diagram is obtained. The Voronoi boundary need to be picked out of the wax region, and taking the intersection of the Voronoi boundary as the starting point. Perlin noise is introduced in the spread direction of the original Voronoi diagram and a new Voronoi boundary is generated. Finally, the real crack effects are achieved via adjusting the coefficients such as numbers and noise. The experimental results show that the proposed method can imitate authentic wax crack patterns with good consistency and network, which meets the characteristics of the real wax printing.

The questionnaire studies based on consumption values of sportswear and brand choice has been showed as follows. Clothing consumption values are a multidimensional structure which is conposed of some value elements of different magnitude. Different values of consumer will affect their choice of brands. If value positioning of enterprise brands fits consumers value demand, it will possess a relative competitive advantage. The homogenization tendency is serious among different sportswear bands, and competitive advantages are fading. Internal needs of consumers driven by consumption values have not still been satisfied, thus there is a big potential market. These conclusions provide the bases for clothing enterprises to choose their appropriate brand positioning and enhance the brand competitive advantages.
