The variation of the shear viscosity og poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET) mslt was investigated using the capillary rheometer and counter pressure chamber when the pressure at the outlet of capillary was higher than normal pressure, and it was observed that the shear viscosity of PET was dependent on the average capillary pressureand shear rate, respectively. The results show that when shear rate is fixed constant, the shear viscosity of PET increases with the increase of average capillary pressure, but the increase margin varies with shear rate. The effect of pressure is more prominent at low shear rate. When the average capillary is fixed constant, the shear viscosity of PET decreases with the increase of shear rate, as it is shown by less shearing. It was found by computation that the pressure coefficient of PET at  290℃ was about 11.94GPa-1 when shear rate is fixed constant.

PVA/PA6 composite nanofibers were formed by electrospinning and the reacted with Cd2+ solution to prepare Cd2+ -PVA/PA6 metal chelated nanofibers. The metal ions (Cd2+) concentration was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS); the morphologies were characterized by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM); and the major absorption peaks were assigned by means of Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrography. The result shows that PVA/PA6 composite nanofibers have excellent adsorption capacity for metals ions such as Cd2+ and good shape stability.  The absorption  process and kinetics parameters of metal ions were also studied in this work. The saturated amounts of coordinated Cd2+ (Qm) was 4.4643 mmol/g (dry fiber),  the adsorption constant (Kl) was 0.0257 L/mmol ,and the correlation coefficient R2=0.997. The process of reaction was corresponding with Langmuir model.

Konjac glucomannan(KGM)was modified by blending with attapulgite (AT). The effect of different AT loadings on the rheological properties of the blend solutions at 20℃ has been investigated by dynamic rheological test. The results show that the complex viscosity, storage modulus as well as loss modulus of the blending solutions are lowered than those of pure KGM solution in most cases. The individual AT nano-rod can rotate freely, which results in the orientation of KGM molecules at low AT content and the more liquid-like behavior of the blend solutions; while AT at high content confines the motion of KGM molecules, leading to the solid-like behavior of the blend solutions due to the steric confinement effect. Besides, it has been found that local percolation network structure might be formed in the case of the 2% mass ratio of AT/KGM. With the increase of AT loading, the blend solutions are seemed to be less frequency dependent compared with pure KGM solution but more heterogeneous in internal structure.

During the course of texturing, the entropy of the filaments structure system was increased. Corresponding changes in its bending stiffness always occurred with this phenomenon at the same time. To quantitative analyze the relationship between the entropy changing and stiffness changes of a linear model during texturing, cantilever measuring was used to measure the bending rigidity of the textured yarns while the EIB to test their diameter and then the relative entropy value were told. The results showed that air-texturing could rise the relative entropy value from 0.3 to 1.45 while the disordering degree 1.28 to 4.25; further differential shrinking would increase the relative entropy value to 1.65, as well the disordering degree to 5.00 and so on. The increasing disordering degree of the filaments’ fragments led to the forming and enlarging of the disordering structure and entanglement structure, which was shown by the rapid rising of bending stiffness and worse handle of ATY; by multi-texturing the entanglement structure might be adjusted and lower bending stiffness might be then.

Utilizing the techniques of Comprehensive thermal analysis and X-Ray diffraction, the thermal stability and microstructure for staple and filament of polylactic acid fibre were analyzed. The results showed that these two type of fibres have the same crystalline structure and stablity, but the staple have the higher crystallinity and melting point than filaments. The paper further measured the adsorption isotherm of C.I. Dispeses red 145 and C.I. Disperse orange 61 on the two type of fibres respectively. It was found that the adorption followed the Nernst model. the filament exhibit a stronger ability to adsorb disperse dyes, particularly for C.I. Disperse orange 64, its partition ecofficient and saturation was higher than that of staple by one time. It can be concluded that the difference in adsorption caused by the microstructure varied with the type of disperse dye. In the case of same crystalline pattern of fibre molecules, the crystal size, crystal perfection have impacts on adsorption of disperse dyes besides the main factor of the crystallinity in fibre malecules.

To further learn the mechanism of yarn formation of rotor spinning, the air flow field in spinning channel should be analyzed. The air flow field in spinning channel was studied by FLUENT and the simulation results reveal the airflow characteristics in rotor spinning channel as: there is negative pressure in the rotor and the value existed in the exit of fiber pipeline is the minimum; great pressure is focused on the accumulation groove near the exit of fiber pipeline, arousing the unbalanced force on the rotor; the airflow speed in the exit of fiber pipeline is faster than others, and after entering rotor the vortex is produced and the speed decreases gradually along the rotor; the airflow along the rotor flows towards the exit of rotor after about 90 degrees rotation and the trend of backflow is generalized; when the degrees of the slip plane are more than 27, the airflow characteristic alters negatively, which proves that the degrees of the slip plane should not be designed to be over or equal to 27.

Textile Machinery has many features as strong processibility, complex structure and many parts and so on. Conceptual design of textile machinery design, will inevitably encounter the coupling design problem. So a transforming bridge in extension theory was introduced to clear up the coupling problem. A decoupling method combining the fault tree analysis with extension theory was proposed. The formal description was made on coupled nuclear issue which was confirmed by the fault tree analysis. Hereby decoupling model and decoupling process of axiomatic design based on the conversion bridge was constructed. An example of vibration andtwisting winding system verifies the validity and feasibility of the method.

It is proved that the clean production which has made the pollutant discharge under control from the original stage and manufacturing process, can not only cut down the cost generated at the terminal disposal phrase but also benefit to our environment. From economic and social standpoints, it is a “two-win” outcome. In this essay, by analyzing the relationship between the investment of the textile capital asserts and the discharge variables of polluted water in the use of the regression analysis theory, we have undertaken the experiment and finally got the conclusion that clean production plays an important role for the textile industry in cutting down pollution and winning a “two-win” outcome .

According to the features of clothing distribution timeliness, the clothing timelines fuzzy math formula is built. With the formula and clothing Vehicle Routing Problem, the timeliness clothing model is discussed. On the basis of the model,to analysis Ant Colony Algorithm,Modified Ant Colony Algorithm is studied, which is for the timeliness clothing model. The optimal nature of the MACA is that task weights with the clothing timelines have right to update the information function of clothing Vehicle Routing. The results indicate that, comparing to the existing Ant Colony Algorithm, the MACA proposed by the paper can enhance the ability to find the soultion of the clothing VRP with timeliness. The feasibility and rationality of the models and the algorithm are verified by practical examples.
